CAPE ELIZABETH, ME Kathy Townsend and her team of brokers and sales agents got together on July 24th to showcase works of art by Lynne and John M. T. Seitzer. Wine and cheese were served as agents and their guests chatted over the beautiful works of art that invoke periods of art from Romanticism to Impressionism and Contemporary themes.
On everyone’s tongues was the sizzling hot Real Estate market that the Greater Portland area is experiencing. The agency has several properties under contract and clients are lining up! It is definitely a great time to consider selling or investing in property. According to Kathy Townsend, the market is hot due to the low supply of homes for sale in the area.
Joining the fun at the after work event was Portland based band Evan Casa’s who played for the guests on the balcony of Townsend’s new digs in Cape Elizabeth. “We chose to move to Cape because we were expanding and needed room for all of our new agents,” says Kathy. “Five agents have joined us since our move!”
