I am proud to be a part of the Townsend Real Estate team. A native Mainer, I have spent the last two decades living in the city I love most, Portland. It is from this enthusiasm for my local surroundings, that my interest in real estate began. In 2005, I left my fourteen year career as a middle school educator in Brunswick to pursue this passion and became a licensed sales agent. Entering a transitioning market was both challenging and exciting. However, armed with integrity, the desire to learn , and a strong work ethic, I continue to grow and develop.
Today I am an Associate Broker dedicated to helping my clients purchase and sell property. I understand that listening to my clients’ needs and motivations are first and foremost. I strive to educate myself and my clients on the ever changing market conditions. I coordinate and oversee every part of the transaction in order to make it smooth and enjoyable. My specialties include helping clients buy and sell residential properties in Portland proper, both single and multi-families up to 4 units. I enjoy working with both first time buyers and seasoned homeowners. From Portland’s peninsula to any one of the adjacent towns to Portland, I embrace the opportunity to find clients the piece of Maine that fits their lifestyle.
